Recommended if you are young and spry enough to climb in and out of bed as there is barely any room around the bed. The bed takes up all of the room except 2 feet around two edges. The bathroom is small, but nice and new. Free wifi. Tickets sold at the hotel for many attractions. Very central location, clostr to madame tussauds and many attractions, and near the bus stop from the stansed airport.

Excellent location for getting to city centre locations and getting to/from mainline train stations. Reliable free wi-fi in rooms, which was important as 5 day stay was a mixuture of business and pleasure.
Staff friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable, well maintained and quiet room, away from busy street. Room on small side, but not bad by London standards. Slightly let down by not having any tea/coffee making facilities. But only a quibble.
Buffet style breakfast. Nothing fancy but hits the spot first thing in the morning.
Definitely use again.

Whilst the room was quiet and very clean, it lacked one or two basic amenities- a working heater for example, water glasses and there was only one bedside lamp. The heating system was faulty and extremey difficult to adjust andhe room had a one-legged Dimplex heater as a substitute. As it was chilly, we needed the heat but it was incredibly drying so not good for throats. Breakfasts were fine- dreadful coffee though. Staff very pleasant and courteous. The real plus was the location- excellent.

I stayed one night and found the hotel staff extremely friendly. The hotel itself was very clean but had absolutely no amenties....The location was perfect for transportation to the airport. I would recommend this hotel only if you want a bed to sleep in. We left a small bag there and the staff went out of there way to locate it and hold on to until we returned to London.
