Skoosh, as always, made the booking process wonderful, but that was among the few positives of my experience. The Gallery is in a good location in South Kensington, around the corner from the V&A Museum and a 10 minute walk from Knightsbridge. If you are *only* concerned with location (and do not care about other amenities), the Gallery isn't bad. The rooms are extremely small, and the bed very uncomfortable (I've slept on more comfortable air mattresses). There was no clock in my room, you had to pay to watch the television, and the daily rate for internet access was exorbitant (over $30 USD a day). There was also a small broken air conditioning unit in my room that was very loud and gave off a terrible odor. To top it off, I was up on the 4th floor and had to climb 90+ stairs to get to my room. The lift was not option - It was the size of a matchbox and took nearly 5 minutes to move between floors. In short, if you are looking for a no-frills, inexpensive place to stay in a good location, the Gallery isn't a terrible choice. I personally would not stay there again, however.
