This was our second stay here this year and it was still good. Only thing was there was a Football Game on the night we stayed and we could not get a meal until after 9.30pm as they do not serve at either Marco's or Frankies restaurant while the game is on. Also you can only have a drink in the bar in a PLASTIC glass whilst the game is on . Shame particularly when you are a resident not a football supporter.

After getting some bad advice re which tube station to come off at ( Sloane Sq ) we then caught a bus to Chelsea football ground. After getting off the bus, there was nothing to tell us which way to go, as we had expected to see the hotel on the main road, but it was only after some help from a local man, that we found the hotel, which is about 100 yards off the main road, and not very well signposted. Then, there are 2 hotels, the Copthorne and about 50 yards away the Millenium. Which one was ours? We chose the right one fortunately, but if it had been raining and we were in the other one?. The hotel itself was very good. Good size rooms, everything was clean, fresh and the staff were helpful and pleasant. Two tube changes from central London, 3 from Waterloo.

strangely enough we all noticed how nice the hotel smelt..breakfast was just about ok but the staff were very attentive..impressed.

This hotel is in an excellent location. About a hundred metres from the tube.
The restaurants were good.
The hotel is excellent value for money and were clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and our expectations were more than met.

Following a warm welcome at the reception we were delighted with the well appointed spotlessly clean room at the Milleneum. Breakfast top quality, but plates were cold! we ate at the Butchers Hook - wine bar close by which had great food and a great atmosphere. Would certainly stay here again and was good value for the price we paid.

Yes I would recommend this hotel. the rooms was spacious, clean and well presented. The staff were polite and very professional. Nothing disappointed our stay.The only down side is it is a good distance from Kings Cross, especially when their is engineering work on the underground, but it is only 5mins from Fulham Broadway tube station. Overall an excellent hotel and good value for that special weekend. Would go back in the future.

On arrival the hotel looked really great! We were greeted by staff who very helpful, so it was looking good so far. However. When we opened the door to our room it was a different story. Room was dark and run down. Furniture could really have done with replacing, stains on the carpet, marks on the wall, limescale in kettle, and the bathroom really needed updating. The iron wasn't worth using. I Had to splash water from a drinks bottle to try and iron my shirt, which took me about half an hour!!!
The bed however was well made and really comfortable. We had a good nights sleep and breakfast was fantastic.

Update the rooms please, and i will be back!!!!!

I would not recommend this hotel to others. We paid for a club room which was supposed to be large, we were put in a small room. \the carpet was filthy three very large black stains. \there was nothing in the mini bar and when my husband asked for it to be filled they brought up only a couple of things and this took 1/2 hour to arrive. When my husband phoned to complain the person on the other end said they couldn't help as they were only answering the phone!!!!
