i enjoyed my stay at the K west

on arrival they could not find my booking on their system. This turned out to be possibly an error on the booking agent's side rather than on the hotel's. The room was excellent and all the staff were very polite

Get's the job done

Nothing overly exciting but it is clean, nice and get's the job done. SUPER long corridors to reach my room, but that's OK I suppose. The continental breakfast in the lobby I quite liked. I rather have a smaller variety of good things than a big buffet of rubbish. Very hypocratic to ask you to save on towels for environmental reasons - while offering plastic bottles of water from FIJI for Â£4.50!! That's crap!

Impressed with the K West

Nice stylish hotel, very convenient for the tube and the event we were attending. Massive beds in a comfortable room and friendly staff. Some optional aspects were very expensive (English breakfast at Â£26!) but very pleased with the price I paid through Skoosh.

Disapointing night at K West

Reception area was modern and welcoming, staff at reception were friendly. Bar area was open late, which was good, although a tip was automatically added to the bill. I feel that if you want to leave a tip you should do rather than feel pushed into leaving one. The server on the bar spoke to some one else the whole time she was serving us. We were given a twin room rather than the expected double. Overall the bedroom area was nice and stylish. Bathroom shower area looked dirty - grout in shower was brown and there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom in the morning after our showers. There was a gap between the bath and the shower door so water leaked all over the floor - potentail hazzard.

Lovely Hotel!!

We stayed at the K West for one night. We had originally been booked into a twin room (after having selected a double room); however we asked if we could get a double room. They upgraded us to an executive room which was amazing! It was a very big room with a massive bed. The room and hotel was very clean. We had the continental breakfast which had a great selection of cereals/fruits/breads/juices etc. All the staff were very pleasant and cheerful, which was great. It may be a bit out of London but it suited us perfect, because it is right beside Westfield shopping centre and by the central tube line. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.
