We stayed here over New Years. A very good hotel in a great part of the city. Close to the tube but in a relatively quiet street.
Good value for money. Small, but decent fitness centre - machines are relatively new and of good quality.
Breakfast was consistently average.
Staff are excellent! Very friendly Very helpful.
Most of the television stations were not accessible - e.g. CNN was not available, but this is a minor point.

The only disappointment was that the fittings in the bathroom were loose, soap dishes, toilet roll holder, and shower head holder.

Given the price I was charged for my stay, this hotel exceeded expectations. The room was clean and a good size, the bathrooms were well kept, and it had an elevator. I only had breakfast in the restaurant, but it was good.

On the downside, the "high speed" internet was a bit disappointing and it was difficult to get the heat up to an adequate level in the room.

We would thoroughly recommend this hotel. The rooms were excellent, including the toiletries!

There was some confusion with the booking confirmation as it stated deluxe room in one part and standard in another. After some discussion we were given a superior room which was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night.
We asked for tea making facilities (somewhat surprising not to have them as standard) but unfortunately there were insufficient available!
Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly.

We stayed at The PARK CITY HOTEL from May 14th until May
22nd 2008.Check in was very friendly & the conceirge were extremely helpful in directing us to different attractions that we wanted to see in London.There are two tubes close to the hotel as well as bus stops close by.The room was clean & very modern, clean washroom with high end toiletries.Room was larger than anticipated as european rooms can be small.Very good hotel for the value.Would recommend full english breakfast at this hotel. Excellent food and as much as you can eat.Can not say enough about this hotel. Definetly a 5 star hotel.Will be back again. B Gibson. Ontario Canada.
