This hotel was excellent being within walking distance of the Royal Albert Hall and various museums which was the purpose of our visit. Our room was well decorated and the twin beds were very comfortable. the shower room was clean with toiletries included. there were tea/coffee making facilities together with a TV. Continental Breakfast was included in the room price which was more than sufficient for the day ahead. Overall this hotel was of a very good standard and would have no hesitation in staying there again

Hotel OK, especially if you speak Bulgarian. There seemed to be a family camped out in the reception area, but I can't guarantee that. A smaller bed would be in order since the existing one filled the room to within about 3' of all the walls. I was cold, coming from California where it hasn't been below 30C all summer, and I turned on a radiator the first day I stayed (of 2). The housekeepers apparently came in and turned the radiator off and opened the window and consequently I feel the hotel violated the first rule of hostelry, that is "See to your guest's comfort." (I did mention to the reception desk but she just shrugged her shoulders.) Very convenient location. Avoid their taxi service as they don't use a meter, and I probably got ripped off (10 pounds to go about 2 km). Go out and hail acab.

Room was very small as was the bathroom. No air conditioning and we really didn't need the a/c on the days we were there. Room was clean. Extra charge for internet, I missed seeing that when I booked the room. Less than a five minute walk to the tube, that's a big plus. Free continental breakfast and traditional English breakfast available for reasonable an additional charge. Next time we would probably spend a little more money and find a hotel with bigger rooms. Overall it was a good value for the money.

This hotel was excellent for the price we paid. The staff was helpful, the room was quite adequate (given that London hotels rooms are notoriously small), and the breakfast was better than I was expecting. It doesn't have any frills, but it is clean, quiet, and hard to beat for the price - particularly given the unbeatable location..

+Tiny single room, but clean and quiet. Breakfast only basic; toast and cereals, but OK for the price. Only about 5 mins to shops and tube station so good location.
