poor unacceptable for 4 star

rooms are very small and very very warm air is very dry ,no windows to open so rely on sub standard air condition,small fridge in wardrobe dont work,this is my second visit ,the first was a nightmare and because of the issues with damp and fungus growing i was given a 1 day complimentary stay of which was a bit better but it does not deserve the 4 star rating it has,reception staff are polite and helpful,value for money NO food if morning was the best part of the whole experience

We were quite comfortable at the Maitrise Maida Vale

The hotel had all the facilities we wanted - breakfast available, close to tube lines, good shops in the area, good pubs in the area and friendly, helpful staff. We would recommend it to friends and will stay there on our next visit to London.

Poor standard

Although staff friendly the quality of the hotel was poor. Had to move rooms twice as TV did not work in either, and one bathroom had bad smell. The three rooms I had did not have windows so were very dark. No desk to work on if you need it.
