Easy to find, short walk from Goodge Street tube station (Northern line). Efficient check-in with very friendly staff and helpful concierge. Tastefully decorated bedroom with very comfortable big bed and a lovely little window seat. Plentiful supply of tea / coffee and bathroom toiletries / towels. Powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Gorgeous continental breakfast included in price - good selection of fruits / breads / cereals / cheese / meats - in a very welcoming room. Perfect location for reaching Oxford Street (10 min walk), theatreland (20 min walk) and even Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, Westminster were all reachable on foot within a 30-45 minute stroll. The hotel is surrounded by loads of restaurants offering cuisine from Italy, France, India, Greece, Spain - and not at extortionate prices either - and plenty of traditional style pubs. Expectations were surpassed. Would definitely return !

Not sure if it was just an unlucky one off..but whilst my first impression of the hotel was quite high...I had the misfortune to discover bed bugs in my bed! Not soo good given I had to then wake up early anyway. Called the reception and managed to eventually get a new room. The other room was nice enough - but the bathroom was in a desperate need for a retouch!

Great location, close to the best Japanese restaurant in town - Roka. Small rooms are disappointing but are comfortable with good AC and excellent deep baths with the quickest filling since the Savoy. NO FRIDGE/MINIBAR IN THE ROOM - so not up to the standard of equipment expected - but overall, for the price, not a bad choice and better than some much more expensive options.

We would recommend this little find to others. It was good value & a great location as it was near my daughter's apartment & shopping at Oxford St. My expectations were exceeded. I consider it a find.
