The hotel is situated overlooking the Embankment and the River Thames. It is a short walk away from the Strand and Trafalgar Square, the nearest tube station is the Temple. This is an absolutely fabulous property and is highly recommended. The Hotel now offers complimentary internet access to all guests. The hotel is of modern design. All the bedrooms are in excellent condition and designed in a modern and very comfortable style. All the marble bathrooms are medium in size and in excellent conditions. The rooms enjoy spectacular views of the river Thames. The hotel has one main restaurant, with its domed ceilings and traditional decor overlooking an open terrace, landscaped with plants and flowers, where clients can enjoy both breakfast and lunch in fine weather. The restaurant serves the finest french haute cuisine and wines. The hotel also serves a japanese breakfast in one of the Banquet rooms. The lare reception area is exquisite with dark marble flooring and light walls, coupled with Italian marble pillars and glittering crystal chandeliers. This ia a non smoking property. Guest who would like to smoke may do so in the private Garden Courtyard. 1 minute walk to the nearest metro station (temple), 10 km to the nearest fair site (earl's court), 15 kms to the airport (london city airport), 2 km to the nearest station (waterloo), 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 22 kms to the airport (heathrow).

Modern Temple based hotel

Good location - right next to the tube station at Temple. Very quiet room and modern decor. I stay in London often and was pleasantly surprised by the room size! I will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel!

Nice hotel at a central location. Very conveniently located next to the Temple Underground Station. Short walking distance to Covent Garden. Rooms OK. Free WiFi. OK breakfast. Would definitely consider this hotel again!

What a view

Excellent location. Great views if you get the river side. Surprisingly quiet given the road outside. Could not fault the room. Reception staff friendly and helpful. What more do you need? ok, cheaper would be nice but price through Skoosh very good compared to other quality hotels in the West End.

We loved the Swissotel the Howard

I booked my brother and his wife in here for part of their Honeymoon and they havenot stopped raving aout it and the restaurant even weeks later. They throughly adored it.

Swiss Howard Hotel

A superb hotel, perfect room with view of The London Eye. Staff very friendly and attentive. Food and service excellent. Will definitely stay there again, excellent value for money and will use Skoosh again to book as they offer a very competitive rate. Our visit was a surprise stay in London for the weekend for my husband for his 40th birthday and my expectations were 100%. Thank you - looking forward to our next visit!
