yes would recommend it. service was excellent. my room was outside the lift though so the noise levels were pretty bad. it was good value and was much nice than I expected.would defo stay again.

Jury's Doyle in South Kensington was wonderful

I would highly recommend this hotel. Throughout my travels to England and Italy, I stayed at Jury's twice. After leaving the first time to go to a different country, I couldn't wait to get back to Jury's. The beds were wonderful. The sheets were so nice and it was a peaceful hotel. They offer a fabulous complimentary breakfast here and anything you need is taken care of. I loved the free internet, either in your room or in the lobby. I would definitely come back.

The location of the hotel is perfect especially if your arrival/departure airport is Heathrow. The surrounding was good, no congestion and very near to Hyde Park/Kensington Garden. Large lobby and as a whole a very pleasant atmosphere,friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent.The bathroom was a bit too narrow and very little space to hang-up towers. Moreover there was no mini-bar in the room. This is a 4-star hotel and a mini-bar should be standard. Even 3-star hotels in for example Thailand have mini-bar.The maids were very slow at cleaning the room. As an example,I put the sign which is designed to request room-cleaning on my door at 11:00 am but when I returned at 3:00 pm, the room was still not cleaned.This was not an isolated case even though the hours were not the same.

Hotel was well appointed, centrally located (only five minute walk from Kensington tube station), food great !! and two great bars. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kensington area has many fine shops, bars and restaurants - will stay there again !!
