The resort is beautiful. We stayed in a 1-bedroom beachview suite. The resort is in a gated entrance w/ private beach & facilities. Resort is close to St. Armand's Circle and Sarasota area for shopping & restaurants. Staff was friendly. Will definitely recommend this resort and look forward to going back.

Stayed in a club suite with beach view - beautiful room, great location looking out on the gulf. Very friendly and helpful staff, first class attention to detail - they knew it was my wife's 50th, sent champagne to the room, the concierge made reservations at all the restaurants we requested and treated us to dessert at the Chart House - we had a great time all around. Lounges with cabanas on the beach are included - very nice touch. The only minor thing is that the pool is plain - not spectacular like other 1st class places. But it's large enough, heated, and has a pool bar - with plenty of lounges and some lounging sofas for two. Lots of great restuarants in town - Chart House, Euphemia Haye (great duck; upstairs dessert loft - don't miss that), Sandbar Beach restaurant on Anna Maria Island, and great shopping atSt.Armand'sCircle.

I would recommend it to vacationers of all ages. They have
something for everyone
.The beach was beautiful soft white sand, the water was perfect for swimming., snokeling or boating. We saw a manetee swimming in the Gulf.
There is a very good spa and health club asa well as golf or tennis.
I know it was a good value as I compared it with the hotels usual prices.
THe front desk staff was very accommadating and our expectations were more than met..

Highly recommended it was a great value. The rooms were better than the Ritz in Sarasota. Sunday Brunch was wonderful and the staff everywhere could not be beat! I will go back again and again.
