The beautiful Hacienda Hotel at LAX has long been an LAX Gateway hotel and an ideal stopover point for Los Angeles International Airport travelers. Only minutes from LAX, South Bay’s aerospace industry and local beaches, and within an hour of major L.A. attractions. The Hacienda is located one mile south of Los Angeles International Airport and just minutes from the ocean and major attractions. The Los Angeles area has Museums, Theater, Musicals, Symphony, Opera, Ballet and much more. Guests will be nearby most local attractions like Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, and Magic Mountain. Nice, clean, quiet. The room was pleasant and comfortable. Downsides: check-in was very slow (several people all arrived on shuttle at the same time - took a very long time to get through the line). Also, didn't watch TV because they used a for-profit provider for movies and video games, and we feared being charged for items we didn't watch (has happened to us before elsewhere). Although I plan to avoid LA and LAX from now on, if I ever do have to stay over nearby in the future, I will most likely stay here again.

This is an acceptable hotel because of its price, the convenient location near LAX and across the street from local stores (fast food and grocery store). However, the hotel is often crowded with transit passengers, and there are long lines for the few elevators. The rooms in the main building are small and somewhat cramped for families. At least our room had a strong smell of mold or something else. I would stay there again only if I could not afford a pricier hotel.

I can't recommand this hotel. The only interest is its geographic situation near to LAX airport. Rooms are too smail, Very noisy (due to permanent vibration of the buliding). Beds are really not confortable and very small for two persons. The hall is always very busy because many traveller groups use this location. If you are looking for comfort and quiet location, I can't recommand this hotel. Hi.

The room was fine but there was a musty odor throughout the hotel and rooms. We had (3) rooms and all had the odor. The rooms were clean, and the shuttle service ran every 20 minutes 24 hours a day. If you are thinking of staying here insist on rooms in the tower. Our rooms were in the older part of the hotel.
