We are currently in the process of renovating this particular location and hope to have a new food and beverage operations commencing in the next 90 days. Fortunately, we have several food and beverage outlets available adjacent to the hotel, and several will provide delivery to the hotel for our customers. In the meantime, TOPZ restaurant (on-site) will continue to provide room service to the hotel for both lunch and dinner. We also have Starbucks (on-site) which offers breakfast and lunch items daily to our customers. This includes, but is not limited to sandwiches, salads, fruit, croissants, bagels, donuts, muffins, juices, coffee and espresso drinks.*Standard amenities include a colorful, art-deco style, web TV and movies, HBO - premium channels, air conditioning, mini-bar, coffee/tea making facilities, telephone with voicemail, in-room safes, hair dryers, and private bathroom.Policies:***Guests of this hotel must place a $100.00 refundable deposit for incidental charges to the hotel upon arrival. This deposit can be paid with either credit card or cash, and incidental charges refer to parking, car rental, movies, telephone charges, room service, etc.***
