I am not gonna lie. I had never heard about Skoosh before booking this trip. I found it on Kayak and I didn't really believe it when I saw that their rate was much lower than all the rest and even lower than the special rate from our conference group. I booked it, and I was worried about not getting a room. Most people post reviews online when the experience was bad, and when it was good they don't bother. I was concerned about a couple of bad reviews I found, and I even decided to call the hotel before going there just to check I was in their system. When I got to Louisville, the room I was assigned was a huge suite, clean, big, and comfortable, with a living room and two flat screen TVs. It was an amazing deal. Skoosh rules.
