I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others - the staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious and very clean, the breakfast was good and overall it was good value for money.
Location wise it is about a 5 min walk from the train station and only a minute or 2 from the lake, wooden bridge and main part of the town.
I would definitely stay again.

Yes, I would recommend this hotel to my friends. It is a quiet hotel, but still situated in the city center and also meeting all requirements in respect of all public means of transportation. Friendly people in the reception - good guidance. Very good that there was no extra charge for using the safety box, conveniently located in the room. A minor snag was the big traveling groups (Japanese and others) very noisy during group check-in and gatherings in the lobby. However, my basic expectations were fully met and the price meant good value for the money..

the single room is nice with the contemporary design and the color are unique.. A very pleasant stay with the strategic location, near town area and lake.

Great hotel. This hotel is literally steps away from everything you want to do in Lucerne. 3-5 minute walk from the train station. 5 minute walk to very beautiful Old Town (great shopping, dining, watches ...)3-5 minute walk to the beautiful Lake, where you can catch a boat tour. The rooms are a little older , but very clean and the staff it very friendly. The free breakfast is the morning is excellent. Eggs, meats, cheeses, cereal, Oatmeal, Juices and a variety of breads, jellies and spreads.
