Drei Koenige Hotel is a 3 star hotel in Lucerne. This hotel is located in one of the residential areas of Lucerne, only five minutes away from the old town. It is an old hotel but was reopened in 1992 after major refurbishing.
This hotel offers a good standard of rooms, and are as good as those of a four-star property. Highly recommended! Please note that check-in is not possible after midnight as reception is closed. PL 10/07.
The property is fairly traditional and blends in well with the surrounding area.
The hotel restaurant offers mainly local dishes and is also a popular meeting place.
The new lobby is small and modern with some seating.
The rooms are decorated in modern colours and in good condition with up-to-date amenities. Bathrooms are equally in good condition.
2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 70 kms to the nearest airport (zurich), Close to the station (lucerne).

It was good value for money. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. The location is excellent. It is much easier to walk by the river to the hotel from the train station or the Bahnhoff. I would stay at this hotel again.

Simple, efficient hotel. Clean, friendly, comfortable beds, good breakfast and 10 minutes walk from Bahnhof and City Centre. Ideal for weekend break or business stay. Rooms may be a little small for longer stay, particularly if you have young children. Bar and restaurant adjoining has free wi-fi. Always a plus.

I stayed at this hotel twice. Good location, It's hard to walk to the hotel from train station with 2 or more luggages I recommend taking a taxi for CHF 12. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was adequate and clean. The bathroom with good hot/cold shower. The breakfast was superb. Free wireless internet in the restauran. It's a good experience overall.
