Impressed with view Good food Fixed clanking in room next door promptly Expectations 1. King bed requested - got two queens instead made room crowded 2. No heat control - either on or off 3. Chairs hard - trying to read on a rainy day hurt my bottom after 30 minutes and main lounge was full 4. Inadequate room in bathroom for personal stuff
