It has excellent facilities in a good location. But the service was not particularly impressive. The reception desk is clearly understaffed. When I arrived, the only man at the reception was busy talking on the phone (apparently taking a reservation - you would really expect somebody else to handle that, except in tiny family-run hotels), so I was completely ignored for a while (and was not personally escorted to my room after checking in - unlike in other hotels of that class). When I was checking out, there was a long line, only one woman was at the desk, and apparently it did not occur to the managers to step up to the desk and help alleviate the problem. Not only did I waste quite some time to check out but I also had to wait several more minutes for my car (even though I called about that before even leaving the room). That was quite irritating since I was already running a little behind my planned schedule for that day. Also, the breakfast room was quite crowded and Internet connection (cable in the room) was outrageously expensive at 28 Euros per day.
