Excellent location and within 10 minutes walk to sight seeing etc
Knowlegeable and friendly staff. Parking 3 minutes walk from hotel. Rooms have all the usual amenities. Free wifi and a business centre if you forgot your laptop.

Highly recommended for a short stay in the centre of the city. ideal for trains and buses, and to cap it all the airport bus stops right outside.
Great value, great breakfast buffet, rooms were small so don't expect luxury or space for the little money you'll pay to stay here. But if get out of the room and enjoy the city, come back to put your head down and then take a filling breakfast before starting out again, its perfect.

Yes, I can recommend this hotel to others.
I was impressed by the standard of the hotel compared to the low price. It was also a good restaurant in the hotel

We had a large room on the backside away from the street, it was quiet.

Nearby is the Hamburg-Altona station with train connections. S- Bahn connections. ALso, numerous places to eat within a few minutes walk.

Friendly staff, good breakfast.

A 4 star hotel located in a beautiful environment. The room was okay, the bathroom was clean and spacious enough. The parking facilities were okay, the swimming pool of the hotel was very enjoyable (I was alone there at that time). During my stay the restaurant was being refurbished so meal was served in a conference room. The service was okay, however I would have expected a wider choice for breakfast (e.g. some warm food). In general, maybe you would expect a bit more from a 4star hotel, but the price compensated the lower expectations.

Excellent location right across from the train station which is also where the airport bus comes. Large quiet rooms, four floors of non-smoking rooms. The desk staff was enormously helpful and even corrected a booking error for no charge. Huge bed had both feather and non-feather pillows. There were moderately weird arrangements of light switches and shower doors (though the shower itself was huge!), but overall exactly what you want as a business traveller.
