The hotel, service, restaurant, reception bell captain, massage at the spa were all excellent. it is a beautiful hotel with several well appointed seating areas. room was good with nice beds.

The hotel itself is quite beautiful, the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. The one major problem we had was that they did not provide any warning not to drink the water. Although we knew enough not to drink the tap water, we (wrongly) assumed that any drinks we ordered in the restaurants would be safe. Unfortunately they used contaminated water in the ice (for iced tea) and we became extremely ill and lost two days of our vacation because of it. As long as you stick with bottled beverages, you will love the place.

The hotel was nice and the front desk decided to upgrade us to a Nile view. The room is a little dated but was very clean. The breakfast was really good with an array of items to choose from. The hotel has 5 restaurants to choose from and are a good option as there are not that many to choose from outside the hotel. Good value for the money with the exception of purchasing drinks. For Canadian standards and the fact we are in Egypt, prices are too high.
