Room (condo) was great! Didn't try Spa, so can't comment on that. Gulf of Mexico view comes with traffic noise from Gulf Blvd, so you should decide just how important the Gulf view is to you, for the extra few dollars you pay for it! Intercoastal view at back would be quieter but then you don't have the balcony looking out to the Gulf, so it really is a choice you have to make.
