I would highly recommend this hotel, it is outside the main part of Madrid city centre but easy to get to, if you email the hotel they will tell you how to get there by metro and the bus is a 29 which stops in walking distance of the hotel. the staff there were very helpful.
The room was really nice, the towels were changed every day and the bed turned back neatly with the sheets changed. The breakfast was a bit expensive, 17e, 12e at the weekend, it's ok if you eat alot.
For a four star hotel, £144 for 3 nights, for two people was very cheap and worth the money.
We both enjoyed our stay to the fullest, thank you.
