I was not told the hotel allowed pets and had a terrible reaction in my eyes. Because of this I missed some important classes at the conference being held at the hotel. I was told I was going to be called to be offered some type of compensation and still have heard nothing. The manager I spoke to, Cesar Fernandez was not empathetic, rude and promised he would call and did not. I have stayed at this hotel for the past two years of the NGH conference and left VERY upset this year mainly because I could not leave my room until the swelling would go down in my eye. Cesar did a bad job dealing with the situation.

Since I was going to a conference at the hotel it was very handy but I have found other hotels in the area more comfortable. The room was okay again another nearby one has better rooms. They seemed to have a problem with water leakage into the rooms. I noticed a water spot above the shower stall. If I did not have another hotel in the area to compare it to, I might have given it a better rating but since I know that there is better around I can only say it is acceptable. The staff is very friendly and helpful it is just the building itself that seems old.

We had a reservation for 2 double beds. we were not told at the front desk we did not have 2 beds. When we got to our room we had 1 queen size bed. We were there for a confrence. We were not a couple that could stay in the same bed. We called the front desk. We were on hold for the manager for quite some time. When we went down to the front desk to see what was going on. We were told the manager would be in ~ 1 hr by someone else. They could only send up a cot because the hotel was full. they changed our room the next night.
the free breakfast was fine. IT was a typcial continental breakfast. The rooms were nice, bed comfortable.

Shabby, but inexpensive. Convenient off the highway, but set back from the road, so very quiet. Bathroom not up to my standards for clean. Not sure if I'd send anyone there ---
