The Residence Mauritius

The Residence is nestled between tropical gardens and a kilometre-long beach of powdery white sand of Belle Mare in the west of Mauritius. The Residence Mauritius is already considered as one of the jewels of the international Hotel scene.

The decoration of the 135 oversized rooms and 28 suites is an inspired blend of sobriety and elegance. The sun dances on the shutters, sifts into the interior to create a melody of light and dark, its mottled shaddows wavering over a muted colour-scheme of white and delicate shades of beige, picking out harmonies of honey coloured woods and wrought iron. In the bathrooms marble and wood are elegantly combined. The final touch to perfect the refined atmosphere in the rooms during the evening is the few drops of Ylang Ylang that are delicately placed on ceramic rings warmed by the bedside lamps.

The Sanctuary, located inside the Hotel, is a vast 400 square meters space dedicated to treatments for the body and the soul.
