The Sleep Inn was a nice facility. My group would stay there again. Rooms were small but decorated with taste and clean. Good matress condition also. The shower was probably the best shower I'd ever used! Breakfast was good every day with the exception of Sunday; Not enough food or drink on hand that day. Over all worth the money and recommended. Our expectations were met!

I would recommend others to stay at the hotel. It is conveniently located to all of Memphis's downtown attractions. But it is very expensive -- in fact, too expensive -- for the amenities it offers.

Location, location, location. This is a great place to stay in Memphis downtown if you're interested in music and the major attractions. You can walk everywhere. Also this place has the nicest continental breakfast provided with the room that I have ever seen, including eggs, a waffle maker and things you don't usually get in a hotel breakfast. Staff friendly and courteous.

Yes I would recommend it to others if they are not looking for anything but a nice, clean place to stay for the night. The service was great, Shannon at the front desk was very courteous and hospitable. Rooms were small, but clean.

I would definately recommend staying at this hotel. I was particularly impressed with the hotel staff. They were extrememly friendly and courteous. Every time we entered or exited the hotel we were greeted with a geniune smile and wave. The staff was helpful in providing directions and recommendations on places to eat.
The rooms were very clean and the hotel was generally quiet. The continental breakfast provided was above average and a employee was on duty to replenish supplies and make fresh coffee.
Overall this hotel exceeded my expectations. I was a little skeptical that two nights at a Sleep Inn could be worth $250+ but I have to say I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The location was ideal... we could walk anywhere we wanted in just a few minutes, or take the trolley if we were tired. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the room was very clean.
