This hotel is a an easy 10-15 minutes walk from the Mestre train station and a cheap £1.30 20 minute bus ride into Venice. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and found the staff at the hotel friendly knowledgeable and a real help in planning our stay in Venice. The breakfast is a buffet of cold meats, toast, pastries boiled egg, etc and is enough to keep you going till lunch. The rooms had AC, could be cramped if you come with big suitcases but wasnt a problem for us. Only minor negative was that the shower leaked and the mini bar fridge wasnt working, but when we told the staff that the drinks we took from the fridge were warm they provided cold soft drinks free of charge. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Small family run hotel. Good sized clean bedroom. Buffet breakfast. Convenient for local transport. Reasonably priced. No lifts, so not suitable for elderly or disabled. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Stayed 2 nights. The double room was large and very clean - good sized bathroom as well. Typical breakfast provided - cereal, yogurt, bread, juice and coffee. Getting to Venice was very convenient as the bus stop was just across the street. It took about 20 minutes to get to Venice. The hotel is 1 km from the train station. Cab wanted 12 Euro, so a 15 minute walk instead. There was no guest computer. I would recommend this hotel.

Yes I would recommend it to others.
Good, clean hotel. SIngle room of reasonable size for 1 person, clean bathroom, good breakfast included in price. The hotel is situated near the railway station (10 mins walk, perhaps a bit unsafe late at night as you go through a small industrial area). There are frequent trains to Venice (journey time 15 mins). There is also a good bus route nearby. Given previous reviews of the hotel on Tripadvisor.com, I wasn't too sure what to expect, but the hotel exeeded my expectations and it offered good value for money compared to other similar accommodation in Venice.

The staff is absolutely RUDE!! It is a long bus ride from venice. The building is dirty... the breakfast consists of barely 2 or 3 things in variety and is of poor quality. We had 2 adults and a child (7 years of age) but they made us get another room for the child and charged us 60 euros for it!!!! or they would not let the child even stay in the building. So we paid for a room that we could not even use!!!
