HOTELREVIEWS

Reviews of Best Western Majestic Mexico City

Review by: Nancy , CHICAGO, United States

It was a good value and the lobby was very pretty, done in Mexican tile. The staff was very helpful while I tracked down several phone numbers and addresses while I was looking for a job down there. The rooms show their age a little bit, but the water was hot and the water pressure was strong. The maids did a good job of keeping the room clean. I would only say that the beds were a bit too firm for me, but others may like them. The view from the restaurant was perfect way to wake up. They could find a better coffee, though. On the other hand, the chilaquiles were excellent as was the fresh fruit and juices.

Maybe. The television didn't receive international channels and we were there about 20 hours. The telephone in the room woeked internittently. The front desk staff was cold. but it is a classic, beautiful hotel in a great location.

Poor customer service, room very outdated, the bathroom had plastic handles, and linen was old as well.

The only nice thing was the view to the Zocalo, our room was very loud as the windows are also old.

If you book through skoosh its a good deal as prices are much higher at the hotel itself.

Not as great as I expected it to be...
