What an awesome hotel! We have been upgraded to a Club level room and it was huge with a wrap around balcony and a big bathroom with a shower and a separate soaking tub. The pool was nice with a lot of different lounges all around. A lot of servers are at the pool area. Same goes for the beach. There are waiters on the beach, beach boys to set up lounges and umbrellas, even a tanning butler. Be prepared everything is very expensive in the hotel but there is a Burger King and a Walgreens for your basic needs across the hotel, maybe it is cheaper :).

The room was comfortable however the service was lacking on a lot of levels.
Although we pre-paid in advance for a king size bed room, when we were checking-in at the hotel, they told us that they just have double beds and no rooms were available with the king size bed. When we wanted to talk to the manager, the receptionist came back after keeping us wait for long time and said that they finally arrenged a king-size bed room for us. But we had lost almost an hour of our short vacation already.
Secondly, after check-in we wanted to go the pool and enjoy the weather and the pool. However all the chairs were occupied by the swimming pool by that time and we had to go the beach even though we prefered the pool . Even at the beach we had to wait some time for them to find us chairs since they were all occupied as well.
Thirdly, on Sunday we had to get up early just to reserve chairs by the pool, and we got the last 2 chairs which was very surprising considering it is early sunday morning. Aroung 12.00 o'clock, we wanted to have brunch at the hotel. However they said they were completely booked for the brunch, although we were not notified that we had to make reservations for the brunch. Anyway, since we still wanted to have breakfast at the hotel, we asked if we could have it at the hotel terrace by the pool but they said there is no table we can sit outside either and added that the only place we could eat is the hotel restaurant downstairs by the sea. When we went there they said they are not serving breakfast. so, we had to go find somewhereelse just for the breakfast. It is really frustrating that we could not have our breakfast at the hotel we were staying.
To sum up, it does not worth to pay that much for this hotel since the service they are giving lack on lots of levels.

Great location on beach. Food and drinks were above average. loved the bathroom! Very clean hotel. Awsome pool area and view. Had a fab trip!
