We stayed at Circa 39 for 1 night before leaving for our honeymoon cruise. Not only did they upgrade us to a one bedroom suite but they didn't even mention it. The room was clean and very spacious. It had hardwood floors and unique decor. We didn't get to use the poolside cabanas because of rain but they were so cute - we definitely would have used them if they had been dry! I had thought that Circa 39 was on the beach so I was a little disappointed to learn that it was actually across the street from the beach. There is a resort fee of $8.50 per person per day. It includes internet and wi-fi, and breakfast. Overall, the hotel was great. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. |

I really enjoyed my stay at the Circa 39 hotel. I took my Mother there for a Mother's Day vacation and the staff was very hospitable. It was a great value for the money and only a block away from the beach and boardwalk. The resort fee for drinks/continental breakfast was well worth it. Also, parking situation was reasonable and afforable. |

I definitely would not recommend the hotel. I found that it is tired and our room smelled terribly of smoke. The pool is nice but the cushions around the pool were disgustingly dirty. The only decent thing about Circa 39 is the location. I guess the saying is true - You get what you pay for. |

Actuall had 3 rooms for relatives attending a UM graduation ceremony. One of the rooms also was for a young couple with an enfant. Hotel was clean and had a fun lobby ,bar and pool area. Very nice convience store (food and grocery) right next door to Hotel. |
