I stayed in room 112 on the ground floor. The room had no heating or AC control and the temp. in the room was 62 degrees. I was freezing. Blankets on the bed were thin, there was a space heater in the room but I was afraid to go to sleep with it. Room and bathroom did not seem clean. Outlets in the room were not working properly. At close to $100/night I feel I got poor value for my money.
The lobby is nice, coffee and tea is available 24/7.

The outside, lobby, pool area and location to the beach are pretty good. The rooms are really run down though. If you are looking for a bargain then this is it. Only 10 min from south beach and there was a shuttle right in front of the hotel to take you there. If you plan to spend a lot of time in your room, then this is not the hotel for you. Employees were very friendly and gave great recommendations for places to eat. But again, this should only be a spot for to sleep and shower. Don't expect room service, mints on the pillow, etc.

This hotel had an awesome pool and walked right out on to the board walk.The rooms were lacking.

The room was very good sized but, the lack of cleaning was amazing. I had to keep my shoes on at all times or end up with black feet. The bathroom has not seen bleach in years. The sink was falling off the wall.

The room next door was being renovated so, perhaps, when they are done with all of the rooms, it will be better...
