The hotel is located in the heart of South Beach just a half block from the beach and Ocean Drive. Guests can easily walk to the Miami Beach Convention Center, and trendy Lincoln Road’s shops, restaurants, and clubs. Haddon Hall is also a 10-minute drive from Downtown Miami and the Port of Miami. The Miami International Airport is a 20-minute drive.

All guest rooms have a full kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, two-burner stove, sink, cooking and eating utensils, table, and chairs. Each room also features a private bath with tub and shower, large closet, individual A/C, cable TV, direct dial telephone with voice mail, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer.

Unique to the Art Deco District is Haddon Hall’s Olympic size pool with waterfall surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and a new sun-deck with lounge chairs. Guests can also enjoy a library par-lour in the lobby complete with TV/VCR, sound system, ATM machine, Internet access, game boards, and lots of books. Snack machines and ice machines are available to guests in the lobby area.

Limited self-parking is located on premises. Haddon Hall is also handicap accessible.

great location, and for the price cant be beat. very satisfied, but it will depend on your room location.. try to get a room in the front of the hotel, ask for one with a curved wall...t hey are on the ends, and bigger.. dont believe some of the negative reviews.. dont expect a 4 star hotel.. and dont pay a lot.. scoosh had a great rate.. and you are across from the beach in the heart of so. beach.. they have internet, and they do have parking.. although you dont need a car here. you can even have a kitchnette.. i'd go back.

it could certainly be cleaner and the desk staff could be a lot more hospitable, but the pool is beautiful and the location is good for the december art fairs and the beach.
the sandwich counter around the corner is actually quite good.

Rooms weren't clean enough but over all for that price it was ok!
