Upon arrival, we were told in order to get a key to our room, we had to give a $10- deposit. The Desk clerk then handed us a small card w/ an address and informed us, that this was where our room was. So off we went w/ our bags about a 1/2 block down from the Ocean Surf motel we found a run down, dirty, old apartment building that they were in the process of converting into motel rooms. The halls were filled w/ buckets, rags, broken tile and concrete, old dirty mattresses--it was disgusting. Our room was not any better. We could not shut our bathroom door due to mold and rot. The AC rattled constantly all night. We asked for another room and she said there was nothing else. If we had not arrived so late in the evening, I would of sacraficed our money and ran.
