Very clean and stylish. Close to the beach and walking distance to South Beach. We stayed Friday night and it was quite noisy outside our window and outside our door (rooftop club access was down hallway). Breakfast was nice and staff were very attentive. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Stupendo hotel situato in una zona strategica di Miami Beach.Le stanze sono spaziali e la colazione a buffet offre addirittura il caffè espresso!!!! Consigliato!!!

Well decorated and funky hotel representing good value for money. We paid US$169/ night and were very happy. The hotel is 30 meters from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the main shopping strip (Lincoln St). There is a very nice boardwalk along the beach suitable for jogging. The free breakfast is nice including proper coffee (made for you with an espresso machine), granola, muffins and the newspaper. You get free coffee all day and a really nice little sitting area in the foyer. The rooms include a fridge and safe and were clean with a reasonable TV. There is a Japanese restaurant on site and a number of cheap/ good restaurants will deliver. Cheap guest laundry on site.

I would certainly recommend Townhouse. We stayed for the nights. the staff was friendly and very accommodating. The self-serve breakfast and snacks were a great touch. We paid $175 and the hotel was a great value for our money--we were close to everything and it was very hip, too. I'm looking forward to going back next year!
