We were quite happy with our spacious room, which was assigned at the desk when we arrived. Two double beds overlooking the bay - beautiful during the day - gorgeous at night.
Since we were in town for Art Basel Miami and foodie dining at Social Miami, Michael's Geniune Drink and the freshly opened Maison d' Azur, our location was perfect. We were able to drive to the Miami fairs in a few minutes, and cross the bridge to Miami Beach - which is literally around the corner from the hotel - and get us to all of our destinations easily.
I would both recommend this hotel to others, and definitely stay there again in the future. The price is good and the hotel is extremely accessible to all of the best Miami has to offer. There is a great deli just a couple blocks away on Biscayne boulevard - The Daily - that met our needs for fun breakfasts.

The hotel was in a good downtown location, right next to the bay. The bellhop was friendly and volunteered information regarding the hotel and city.
The room was nice with two double beds, newer carpeting, newer bedding, and bayside windows. The beds were very comfortable! So comfortable that I looked to see what brand mattress it was. It wasn't a brand I recognized, so I forgot the name already.
The gym looked okay, with several different cardio machines and some weights. Of course we know we cannot expect much from a hotel gym.
Overall, I really liked my stay here and would return again.
