Rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially the beds. They had featherbed toppers on the mattresses and a good combination of firm and soft.

The check-in process was very smooth. There was relaxing music playing when I arrived in my room. The room service was prompt and delicious. And a problem I had with my bill was fixed before I even brought it up.

we greatly enjoyed the stay at the Miami Hyatt and the private beach the concierge sent us to nikki beach was awesome. The lack of onsite parking was inconvienient, only vallet service for $27.00 per day. The room was very clean and spacious.

The bathrooms are out of sym. with the rest of the renovation, still shown sign of age and untidiness, otherwise , the establishment is fine and in very good location. It met our expectations and its good value for the price we paid, definitely will recommend it to others.

The hotel was very nice, clean, had all the ammenities, service was excellent. The pool is very small and very noisy as it is a street level with a lot of construction. The location for Miami was not great, not a lot to do downtown... South Beach is the place to be.

My experience may have been atypical. I checked in very late so they gave me a "suite" room on the 23rd (Concierge) floor because that was all they had left. I had a huge room the size of a small apartment with a dining table for ten people and a surprisingly comfortable murphy bed. I also got free breakfast every morning. Negatives: You have to pay for wi-fi access ($10/day) and the connection is spotty.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff met my expectations. The resturant was expensive but the quality of the food was good. Overall, I felt it was a good value for the money.

Very convenient, very pleasant staff. We had breakfast in the dining room. Somewhat pricy, but a huge meal, and very well prepared and nicely served.
Room was very large and immaculate.
Hotel is large and upscale and has all the amenities one could want.
We were very pleased with the hotel and the price we paid through Skoosh was hard to beat.

I would recommend this hotel for business stay. It was a little pricey for the location and amenities but acceptable. It does connect to the local "people mover" which can get you to places in the area with free transportation.
