Old building but clean. Very small ants around sink but that is typical for buildings/residences in Miami. Beds were very comfortable!! Beds and sheets and linens were spotless and very clean. Room was very clean. Simple room. No microwave. No Refrigerator. Small but adequate workout room. Outdoor pool average size and nice and clean. Small plastic cups in room. Excellent free continental breakfast, cereals, hard boiled eggs, Make Your Own Fresh Waffle!!, excellent pastries, bagals, good coffee. Exellent experience. Excellent price. Get good value for the price but don't expect luxery.

This modest, typical chain motel is nevertheless a real treat. It is obviously well-run. Check-in is handled efficiently, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and most of all, the down pillows are absolutely luxurious. There is a small-ish pool but it, too, is in excellent condition. This is my second annual one-night stay in this hotel and I will do it again next year. Kudos for a well-run operation.
