Attention : General Manager SInce we got to the hotel at 9:00pm on 7/26/07 there was only one receptionist and it took her 1hr to take care of us because she could not resolve her current customers issue. In addition the room we were staying in the closet mirror fell on me, as I was trying to open the closet door, we made the manager aware of the situation at 11:30pm and she stated she would get it fixed first thing sunday morning, but no one came up and we made the staff aware a second time and finally they filled out and incident report. No one at any point apologized for the incovenience just stated they would give us free breakfast. On several occassion we called the front desk and no one picked up the phone, we had to come downstairs to get what we needed. Thanks janet dia
