Best Miami Hotel

Best Miami could be a real nice hotel if they would take a little time and fix up the rooms. Change out the bedding (mattress & box spring), pull the carpet and put in tile and add air freshener to each room and the Lobby. The place is nice. The pool area is pretty. Need to replace lounge chairs or clean them off. The area is nice and relaxing. Customer Service was great the 3:00pm to 11:00pm (gentleman). They only had one person on duty the hotel was packed and they had a TV problem and he was able to handle all this by himself. People were coming from all directions with questions and problems and he handled them very well. I thought the price could have been cheaper but it was OK. There is not anything close by. You have to drive to a store. They do have a restaurant on site that is good. Shuttle Service to the Port was good. You have to make a reservation. I would recommend Best Miami if they fixed up the rooms a little.
