You can not beat the rates,curtesy and warmth of the personell,but most all the LOCATION! Most previous reviews by other quest seemed to have an extreme high exspectation of the facilities,but "face-it" how much can you ask for??? and pay so little??? It's well worth the stay and more!

Location,rates,service and curtesy was absolutely Awesome! My stay there super-ceeded my expectations!!! after my own experience and my stay there,now I know, most of the other negative reviews were snobbish and unfair! It definitely was not as those others stated. I will return instanly! I thanked the staff there and "Skoosh" for there professional, and first class service!!! Regards, John

No, I would not recommend to others. The restaurant was never open. The wallpaper in room was torn off the wall. The walls needed paint, they were all scratched up. The TV had 4 channels, only one was in English. The bathroom sink was leaking an odd brown liquid from its pipes. Not a good value for the money. The view and location were OK. It was much below my expectations.

The hotel just fit for my trip. I was alone and I just found that the bathroom was smelling cigar (even I've got a non-smoking room). The shower didn't work properly but it's fine. I've got a great view from the port of Miami (14th floor) and it's so cheap. I recommend it for those who're passing through the city and are looking for a hotel just to sleep.

No. The best part was the view of the bay. No food or drinks in the evening when we arrived. The rooms has torn sheets that did not fit the beds. Not a good value for any kind of money.

Really good location, nice place in Downtown, in form Bayside Mall, many option to eat and do shopping, just what we need a hotel to sleep, small bathroon but clean. Nice view of the Bay.
