Greenview South Beach is a 2 star hotel in Miami.
The 3-storey hotel comprises a total of 43 rooms; facilities include a lift, a hairdressing salon, a restaurant and Internet access. There is an in-house laundry service to make use of and charges apply for the hotel car park.
Located in the heart of the South Beach Art Deco District, the Greenview Hotel is situated two blocks from the Ocean and directly on Lincoln Road, where hip restaurants, shopping and clubs abound.
Good news first: AC was OK, room size was normal and location is good. But we expected that bathroom door should be closeable. I thought that truck-drivers home in Lapland Finland was the worst accommodation I ever had. Now I'm not so sure about that.

The hotel is conveniently located at a reasonable price. Areas of improvement: Continental Breakfast, quality of bath towels, and room bathroom. Overall it met our needs since we just needed a place to "crash" after partying all day on South Beach.

Simple, yet cool minimalistic decoration of the lobby and rooms. Location is phenomenal. Overall, great value for your money. No doubt. Highly recommended if you dont wanna spend more than 150 USD per night

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, really apprreciated the relaxed attitude from the staff and the comfortable large space. Also this was more by luck than judgement, the hotel is superbly placed to take full advantage of the best part of Miami, the South Beach. Thankyou everyone for a wonderful time
