The location was outstanding and the service was great (all the staff from concierge to bell man); however disappointed that the pool bar hours appear to have been cut. Other than that great hotel.

Excellent and very friendly service, the beds are AMAZING, the atmosphere is very 'South Beach' without the attitude and the location couldn't be better! I would come back to the Victor in a heartbeat.

We decided to stay at Victor because it is a Hyatt property. We are the type of people whio are willing to pay a more in exchange for quality. This didn't make a difference as the hotel was a disappointment in every respect. Service: out of the 6-7 people we encountered at the hotel, only the concierge Natasha was pleasant, all others were downright rude. Room: Felt like we were staying in a dirty bar, room very dark small, awkward and not functional. We couldn't wait to get out of it. Also, the first room we were given had a broken toilet and mirror. No appologies were given, only a room change with the comment "try this one". Bathroom layout was inconvenient, toiletries were cheap. The room looked like it underwent a hotel makover show with a $50 budget. Overall, please do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.
