Would recc to others. Is a nice change of pace from staying near the whole collins/ocean ave scene. Much more residential.. and thus quiter.. on the Bay side as opposed to the south beach side of Miami Beach.
Amenities are nice. Pool has great view of sunset each day.
For some reason I felt like not booking the hotel directly thru Mondrian led to us receiving a little bit different treatment (i.e. less high class) than direct bookers. Maybe that was just my mistaken impression though.
Had initially booked a dbl room with two twin beds. First room we were escorted to had only one dbl bed. Went back down to front desk- had room changed.
Food at Asia de Cuba was okay. I'm a lil biased b/c Ive had ADC so many times in NYC.
Overall decent experience.

i would definitely recommend this place to anyone desiring to stay in/near/around south beach. it's a little bit off the beaten path from the beach, collins ave, and lincoln rd. but just a short cab ride or even a walk away to all of the above places. and relatively speaking, this hotel is very inexpensive for s. beach. for the younger crowd interested in the night life and miami scene, check out the bar in the lobby and pool area on fri. nights and check out the "pool party" on sun. from 2pm-10pm. lots of eye candy!!

I definitely will not recommend this hotel to anyone. They provided the worst customer service. Extremely rude attitude. I found bugs in my bedroom. There was a lack of clean towels, toilet paper and other bathroom necessities.

This hotel went out of its way to make you feel welcomed. It is a beautiful hotel and the whole experience was excellent!!!!
