We arrive early and our room wasn't ready but the staff were fantastic and upgraded us to suite so our daughter could have a sleep. The excellent service continued through out our stay.. Im not one to worry to much unless they are extremely rude but when you travel with a toddler you really notice how flexible and accommodating staff can be. The common areas are fantastic .. had a great time and will return.

Great atmosphere,great vibe,pool great,great location to all the bars and clubs.all in walking distance.

Great spot for the price! The front desk alway had a smile and welcoming attitude--very helpful and friendly. Rooms were small-ish but very cool decor and very comfortable bed.

Definitely recommend. Great location, beautiful pool, tasty food (south beach did not have the selection and variety I assumed it would - Hotel restaurant/cafe/room service was reliable and delicious).

If you are paying more than $350/night, then keep looking.

Exceeded expectations.
