Thought the Hotel over all was great. The check in desk attendant mentioned that I booked through you and he thought that in his experience anyone who did was usually great guests. He even came around later and checked on us. (very nice). With that being said, the Tiki Bar attendant was un attentive and she could not speak English and we got frustrated and went inside for drinks. Although our room had no odor and was wonderful the hall ways smelled like ciggerette smoke (like bad)!!! We had an excellent dinner at resturant and all staff were courteous and helpful.

The service was excellent - they helped with our luggage, picked us up from the airport - took our luggage to our room and the room service was beyond excellent. They took great care of us and we will stay with them again.

Yes, I would recomend it to others. The front desk was very helpful in giving us directions. The room was very comfortable; no musty smell. We arrived after midnight and were hungry. The only hotel vending machines sold soda. Perhaps the hotel could put in more snack vending machines rather than expect guests to pay costly mimi bar prices.

We got in to the Miami airport late at night with a scheduled flight out the next morning. We were so thankful for the convenience of this hotel being located in the airport. It was clean and comfortable...nothing fancy. But we were very tired and sooooo pleased not to have to worry about getting to another hotel.
