I needed a place to stay which would be quiet, clean and comfortable, with late checkout and good internet connection, prior to an afternoon meeting the following day. Check out was 12 o'clock so this suited me perfectly and my room was clean and spacious. Internet connection was fast and in line with costs of most hotel chains. Great central location. Recommended.

The rooms in Parkside were quite small but clean and comfortable. The restaurant served nice food and lovely wines but there is a great pub across the road that serves better food at better prices its called Ye Old Swan.
It was good value for money for what I got it for on Skoosh but its own website is dearer and not worth it.
It's not for a romantic break its just a hotel to lay your head in.

My Husband and I stayed at the Ramada for two nights during the week in March and could not fault it in any way. Excellent location with bars and restaurants around it. Multistorey car park at rear but you do need to get the code from reception before you can first drive in. The rooms were modern and had wet room style shower. Bar and restaurant pleasant, breakfast had good variety. Overall we were delighted with the staff's helpfullness and had a very pleasant time staying there.
