Expensive, but you are paying for a perfect location with a view of the port with all the yachts. Better location than the pricier Fairmont and seemingly just as nice or even nicer from the exterior. Nice rooftop drinks/retaurant venue. Five-minute walk to Monte Carlo casino which was way-overrated if you want to actually gamble. FIVE tables open, only 2 blackjack with no available seats, and 2-person think crowd of people watching those that did manage to snare a seat at a table. The casino was a huge disappointment...
