The location in the Arts District was perfect, close enough to business and out of the craziness of the Quarter. These guys really know service. We saw a desk clerk greet a guest as the guest exited the elevator, 20 feet away. Having been guests at other Four-Diamond New Orleans hotels, we noticed that the Arts was better maintained than others and exceptionally clean. And it really is a hotel filled with great art. You'll not find a better value in the city. |

Room was very nice, bed super comfy. Front desk, bellhop, valet, cleaning service were all friendly and professional. A little bit of noise came in from the hall, but none through the walls. Very happy with our stay. |

Comfortable oasis, clean spacious rooms, great restaurants close by, sweet Saturday am farmers market around the corner, and quiet (even with a popular dive bar across the street). Not far from the Quarter (if that's your taste), yet without all the attendant chaos. A great value compared to others in its category. |

An easy ten minute walk from the convention center and also the French Quarter. Upscale hotel with decent service. Skoosh had a terrific deal ($524 for four nights). |
