Nice hotel, solid staff location on east side unique.
Nice bar for a get together. Location near FDR ramp a little stange but not bad.

I like the staff. They were friendly. The room was a decent size for 2 double beds.

I would recommend upgrading your wine selection. I tried a few different varietals and they were not that great. The bar has a great view....

Value was good.

This hotel is value for money. It is very clean and has a nice decor. Rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. I have heard that it is very hard to find a hotel that is clean for a budget price so was not sure what to expect when I arrived at The Bentley Hotel. The front desk are very helpful as they had recommeded us where to eat on our first day. The complimentary tea and coffee was great in the mornings. If I have to spot out the negetives I would say that the location is not bang in the middle of mannhattan however a 5 min walk and your on 5th avenue. I would reccommend that walking is the best way to travel. Overall I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. I would recommend it to people that are on a budget

Bentley Hotel was a great value for the money. The staff were top notch. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view from the 21st floor restaurant is fantastic. I will stay there again.

The hotel is located at a nice and quiet area, with in walking distance to major areas, and the subway.

We left the hotel for a couple hours in the evening and come back, the door to our room was left open, but there was nothing missing, it could have been a mistake, beside that very nice place, I totally recommend it

Very good value. Nice and quiet. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the room (on the 15th floor) was fabulous. Very comfortable king bed. 2 T.V.s. Nice bathroom. The only weird thing was that there was a small stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink combination but the plumbing wasn't attached!!

Yes, IF they want a decent stay on the Upper East Side and recognize it's above/beside a gas station. But it's well decorated and the hotel staff were friendly and it felt perfectly safe.. Only issue I had was the heater was set too high and i couldnt get my room to right temp. but given the price it was more than fine.

The Bentley Hotel was perfect for our weekend in New York. Upon arrival, we were up graded to a suite. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. For a New York hotel in that price range, we were happily suprised to see decent sized rooms with closets, clean rooms and hall ways, helpful staff. The gas station below, was great for going to grab bottles of water (at any time). The walls are a bit thin and for us, the hotel was a little bit out of the way from where we wanted to go out to dinner or to wander around during the day.

Overall, I would suggest the Bentley and stay there again.
