Property itself was small abt 8 rooms per floor), but the lobby was well decorated and welcoming. Appeared recently recarpeted, redecorated. Staff was very helpful. The rooms were NYC size, but did not feel too small. We had a king room which was handicapp accessible, so it was a tad bit larger than other rooms. Linens and other amenities were an extra touch that went a long way to impress us. Breakfast was included and the coffee was good. Location convenient to most subways. A friend in the neighborhood recommends her friends/family to stay there.

Good utilitarian hotel located close to my work in NYC. Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms and relativley quiest. If you are claustrophobic you may not want to stay here since the rooms are tiny.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and very nice. Having breakfast included in you room stay was very, very nice. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The room was nice...not extremely spacious for a twin room, but the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and properly stocked. No view from the 7th floor (it was a corner room) unless you count being able to see the apartment across the street. Still, it was a pleasant experience for a resonably priced NYC hotel.
