Take exit 12B for I-495 W/L I Expy towards Midtown Tunnel, then take exit 17W towards I-278 W/Bklyn - Qns Expy/Brooklyn, after that merge onto Queens Midtown Expressway Lwr Deck En. Take the ramp to 48 St/I-278 E, and take exit 29 for Tillary St towards Manhattan Bridge/Bklyn Civic Center. Continue straight onto Tillary St, then turn right at Adams St, and continue onto Brooklyn Bridge. Take the F D R Dr/Pearl St exit, and turn right at Pearl St.
